Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea Reopen
Three down, three to go! Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea at the Tokyo Disney Resort have reopened leaving just three more Disney Resorts around the world left to open. With Shanghai Disney, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Tokyo Disney open, we are just waiting on Walt Disney world, Disneyland Paris, and Disneyland to reopen. With the exception of the Disneyland Resort, both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris will open this month.
Just like all of the Disney Resorts around the world, the healthy and safety of Guests and Cast Members is a top priority. Guests visiting the Tokyo Disney Resort will see new guidelines and protocols, developed with local authorities, to keep Guests and Cast Members socially distanced and all high touch areas sanitized.
Per Chris Explorer on Twitter (@tdrexplorer), shared this video about the reopening of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea:
My thoughts on the day at Tokyo Disneyland. The Cast Members out did themselves.
Congratulations on the reopening. You should be proud because I am.

The Tokyo Disney Resort has also shared the following video to check out a special sunrise from Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea at the Tokyo Disney Resort:
While we are super excited for the reopening of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea at the Tokyo Disney Resort, we are counting down the minutes until the Parks at Walt Disney World and Disneyland reopen here stateside. Disney’s Animal Kingdom and the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World are scheduled to reopen on July 11 while Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT are set to open on July 15.
Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park were scheduled to reopen on July 17 but that opening has been delayed indefinitely.
