PHOTOS: Construction Walls Removed Around CommuniCore Hall in EPCOT
The EPCOT Transformation is FINALLY almost finished! We’ve literally had walls up in the park for several years now, but on June 10th, the final part of the park will be completed and open to everyone.
And now, we have an exciting update on the new area!
Construction Walls Down in EPCOT
The walls are finally down around CommuniCore Hall in EPCOT! The area isn’t open yet, but we can actually see most of the building now — how exciting!
There are still barriers to keep people from going directly up to the building. You can see the rolling bushes blocking off the entrances.
You can get a pretty good view of the building now!
What do you think? Does it meet your expectations?
It definitely fits in with the rest of the new EPCOT buildings in World Celebration!
CommuniCore Hall will be the spot where you can meet Mickey & Friends, see some special festival offerings, and more.
Here’s a closer look at the entrance area.
As you can see, there’s a convenient water station.
The path over here has been reopened as well!
You can also see more of those bush barricades.
But, it looks SO close to being completed!
And, take a look at the CommuniCore Plaza area, including the stage where the new Encanto show will take place.
There is certainly a lot of greenery around here!
The only spot with walls still up is in the center gardens facing away from the stage area.
Here’s another look.
We can’t wait to see when this area is completely finished! Stay tuned for more Disney World news and updates.
