NEW Coffee Margarita Packs a Punch in EPCOT!
If you’re anything like me, you enjoy getting a fun little cocktail while hanging out in Disney World! You can get anything from the classics to Dole Whip liquor concoctions to elaborate tiki drinks.
And now, there’s a new margarita over in EPCOT!
New Coffee Margarita
Introducing the Highland Coffee Margarita from La Cava del Tequila! The tequila cave inside the Mexico Pavilion is serving up this new frozen drink which has Tromba Tequila, Cafeto Coffee liquor, vanilla cream liquor, and espresso coffee.

Tromba Tequila is craft tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico — so we’re assuming that’s the reason for the name of this marg.
We decided to go try it out for ourselves, so we headed to the Mexico Pavilion!
The line can be long for La Cava del Tequila, and today was no different.
Luckily, there are QR codes in line where you can scan and peruse the menu. But, do note that this new Coffee Margarita isn’t on the digital menu yet!
We made it up to the bar to order and the drink came to $19.17 after tax.
Now, let’s try it! There are some regular coffee beans on top, but we wouldn’t recommend eating them obviously — they’re just for garnish.
The drink is small in size, but it’s strong in flavor! You can definitely taste the tequila in this and it packs a punch.
The flavor is really nice, though! It has a little bit of a coffee flavor with a chocolate/cocoa aftertaste. It’s not super acidic and there is some sweetness to it!
This margarita is really well-balanced when it comes to flavors, but you definitely need to like the taste of tequila, because it’s very present.
We really enjoyed this new cocktail! It’s perfect for coffee and tequila lovers alike, especially on a hot day since it’s frozen.
Since La Cava opens at 11AM, you can’t have this as your morning coffee drink (and probably shouldn’t since it’s so strong), but it’s a great treat to have later in the day!
