Top 3 Restaurants With Fireworks Views at Disney Springs
It seems that Walt Disney World vacations get more expensive by the day, but you don’t have to pay the price of admission to enjoy nightly fireworks on Property!
Watching from the Polynesian beach or surrounding Monorail loop Resorts has become the go-to way to catch Enchantment on a non-Park day…but we’ve got three great reasons you should consider heading to Disney Springs for a no-fee view of the show that most folks don’t know about!
Planet Hollywood Observatory
If you want to catch glimpses of the fireworks at Disney Springs, you’ll have to take to the rooftops. Planet Hollywood Observatory is our favorite place to grab a drink during the show!
We picked Planet Hollywood Observatory not only for their view, but for their eclectic offering of appetizers, small plates, and over the top milkshakes to share too! Order your kiddos one of these massive shakes as a pre-fireworks treat that rivals anything you’d get at the Main Street Ice Cream Parlor!
My personal favorite way to visit the Observatory is to order your favorite beer on tap and pair it with an order of their ‘triple fries’- that’s curly, waffle, and straight cut all in one order!
TIP:Make sure to check the times guide of the fireworks so you can time your meal to coincide with the show!
Paddlefish
For a more upscale way to enjoy Enchantment, head to the rooftop level of Paddlefish. Paddlefish has one of the best Old Fashioned’s on Property and some of the comfiest couches– perfect for kicking back and leisurely sipping.
Paddlefish is also a great spot for a full table service meal. Although they feature a seafood-forward menu, don’t let that deter you! They’ve got offerings for every palette- including a great kids menu! What better way to talk a kid into a meal at Paddlefish than promising glimpses of fireworks while you dine!
STK
Rounding out our list at #1 is STK. I love STK’s happy hour so much that I’m hard-pressed to go any other time of day- but I can easily be won over if fireworks are involved!
Head to STK’s breathtaking rooftop for some of Disney Springs’ most secluded dining. It feels like you’ve stepped into another world when you walk out onto the rooftop as the bustling crowds of Disney Springs suddenly feel very far away.
