Take A Closer Look At Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle For the Sunken Treasure
Don’t get me wrong, I love Walt Disney World which is typically my go to park. However, that doesn’t stop me from having serious attraction envy when it comes to other Disney theme parks around the globe. Case in point is Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure which is positively next level. You’ll find this attraction at Shanghai Disneyland.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure is the newest iteration of the attraction and offers a seamless blend of Disney storytelling and state-of-the-art technology. Guests embark on a swashbuckling adventure with Captain Jack Sparrow as he tries to steal a treasure from none other than Davy Jones.
To give you a glimpse of this incredible ride Disney has made it the subject of their lates “Ride & Learn” video. You’ll be able to see the attractions many innovations including a groundbreaking highly controlled ride system that allows your boat to spin, travel sideways and even move backward. Trust us when we say its like no Pirates of the Caribbean journey you’ve been on before.
Along with a chance to experience the virtual ride, the video will also take you through how Walt Disney Imagineering created the attraction and gain insights into the storyline and how this original version plays homage to its predecessors.
