Virtual Queue To Be Used for Hollywood Studios 35th Anniversary Merchandise
Disney’s Hollywood Studios turns 35 this year! The park opened on May 1st, 1989, and there will be some celebrations happening in the park this May 1st.
Right now, we know that some special merchandise will be arriving at the park, and there will be a certain way that you can buy it.
Hollywood Studios Merchandise Virtual Queue
Disney will be using a virtual queue for their Hollywood Studios 35th Anniversary merchandise that’s releasing on May 1st.

The merchandise will be at Stage 1 Company Store over on Grand Avenue and include adult and youth apparel, collectibles, and limited-release pins. Here’s a look at the Loungefly that will be available!

In order to get access to shop the merchandise, you will need to join the virtual queue on the morning of May 1st using your My Disney Experience app. You must have valid theme park admission (and a theme park reservation if applicable) for Hollywood Studios on this day.

You can join the queue starting at 7AM ET and you don’t have to be inside the park when you request to join. Just visit the “Virtual Queues” section in the My Disney Experience app and you’ll see the queue you can join that day.
Also note that getting into the virtual queue doesn’t guarantee access to the event and merchandise can sell out!
