New Special Events are Coming to Wine Bar George in Disney Springs
Are you wanting to learn to taste wine like a professional? Do you want to hear about George Miliotes, or indulge in a Family Spanish Wine Dinner? Wine Bar George just announced new special events coming to the Disney Springs location, and you don’t want to miss out.
In 2023, Wine Bar George started hosting special “blind tastings” of six different wines, led by George Miliotes, one of 273 Master Sommeliers in the world.

The events quickly sold out and proved to be so popular two more dates were added for spring. And a new event focusing on an evening of Spanish food and wine is also coming soon.

Sparkling Wine Tasting at Wine Bar George

Enjoy a 90- minute special event with George Miliotes this March 26th and April 9th.
Guests are guided to taste wine like a professional with a “blind” tasting of six different wines while learning about George’s journey through the wine world. In addition, guests will learn about the qualifications for becoming a Master Sommelier.

Sip and savor wines hand-selected by George and perfectly paired with cheese and charcuterie in a charming and relaxed ambiance.

The event is from 12pm-1:30pm and tickets start at $110/person.
EGUREN FAMILY SPANISH WINE DINNER

Wine Bar George has another great offering! Indulge in a delicious Spanish wine dinner on Monday, April 1 at 6:30 PM with Mikel Eguren and Master Sommelier George Miliotes.
Guests will savor a special multi-course menu paired with wines from Sierra Cantabria in Rioja and Teso La Monja in Toro. The intimate evening is a great way to savor authentic Spanish flavors and great wine alongside two amazing hosts.
