Vibrante & Vívido: Encanto Cocina is an Absolute MUST at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts
Today is the very first day of the 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, and we’re in the park to check everything out!
There is a bunch of stuff to do, from live art demonstrations to a scavenger hunt, but right now we’re focused on the food. Let’s go try some out!
Vibrante & Vívido: Encanto Cocina
This booth is located over between the Morocco and France pavilions.
There is one new item on the menu this year, as well as an item on The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine!
We started with the Chorizo and Potato Empanada with turmeric aïoli and annatto aïoli for $6.75. This is the item on The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine.
This empanada has a great flavor and a nice kick to it, but it’s not overly spicy. It’s like a tad spicier than the normal Disney level of spice (which is pretty mild).
We would 100% come back to this booth for this empanada!
Next, we got the new Passion Fruit-filled Mango Cheesecake with coconut-pineapple cake, dragon fruit gelée, and dragon fruit-strawberry sauce for $5.
This is an absolutely gorgeous dessert — it’s almost too pretty to eat!
It’s very light and it’s not too sweet. The fruit helps add more depth of flavor so it’s not just all sweetness. It’s very well balanced!
This cheesecake tastes like summer, and we’re here for it.
There are a few frozen drinks available at this booth that are all returning, including the Coconut and Passion Fruit Smoothie (non-alcoholic) for $5, the Frozen Piña Colada for $14.50, and the Passion Fruit Daiquiri for $14.50.
Both of the food items we tried here we think are some of the best at the festival, so we definitely recommend checking them out for yourself!
