Happy Holidays! The Line For Rise of the Resistance Extends All the Way to Grand Avenue

We are less than a week away from Christmas, which means that stockings are hung, Santa is loading up his sleigh, and the crowds at Walt Disney World are insane.

If you have ever visited Disney World during the holiday season, you know that this is one of the busiest weeks of the year.

Today at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, however, things were extra chaotic.

Rise of the Resistance was down earlier this morning, and subsequently, both Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster and Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway went down.

With the holiday crowds descending on the park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios already short on attractions, the wait for the reopened Rise of the Resistance was topping two hours.

Rise of the Resistance’s Line Extends Past Muppet Vision

The line for the attraction is so long that it is extended out of Galaxy’s Edge and stretches down Grand Avenue toward Muppet Vision 3D!

Here is a look at the line wrapping around the new Muppet Courtyard mystery structure.

It’s never good when a Cast Member is demarking the end of the line.

I can’t lie. It doesn’t get much worse than being in a line that stretches OUTSIDE of the attraction’s land.

Look, I love Rise of the Resistance as much as the next guy, but I don’t think I would have the stomach for this line.

Hopefully, with Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster and Runaway Railway reopened, crowds will level out.
