REVIEW: Come With Us to eet by Maneet Chauhan in Disney Springs
It’s a good day in Disney World when a new restaurant opens!
December 4th marks the opening day of eet by Maneet Chauhan in Disney Springs, a new quick service restaurant, and MickeyBlog is one of the first to try it! Let’s dig in.
eet by Maneet Chauhan
eet is located over in the Marketplace area of Disney Springs, not far from Earl of Sandwich. Disney’s website lists its hours as 10AM to 11PM, serving lunch and dinner, but today the doors opened around 11AM.

The menu for eet features Indian-inspired cuisine with shareable dishes, pizza and breads, custom bowls, and more.
The restaurant itself is decorated in bold colors, with lots of seating! You can dine inside the restaurant…
…over in this sunny area with large windows…
…or outside on the patio.
There is also a self-service area with condiments, drinks, to-go boxes, and more.
The menu is a large display over the counter, where you place your order.
Once we ordered, we received a buzzer, and a server brought the food to our table. The food was delivered really fast!
Also, note that the staff was very friendly, and once you are seated there is a server in your general area.
Our server introduced themselves and let us know that they can refill drinks, bring silverware, etc. We were checked on a few times!
Now it’s time for the food!
Let’s “eet!”
We decided to try out a couple of menu items.

First up is the Build Your Own Bowl, with different options for the base, kabab, and sauce. We chose the Cumin Basmati Rice, Tandoori Chicken, and Tikka sauce for $18.
It comes with pickled red cabbage, Indian pico de gallo, and masala chickpeas.
The chicken was very tender and an excellent portion size (an entire breast!), and we didn’t even need to use a knife to cut it up. It was super flavorful with a mild amount of heat, and there were a good amount of Indian spices.
The Tikka sauce is described as an “aromatic buttery tomato sauce.”
The sauce was a good portion for the bowl and we mixed it up with everything.
The masala chickpeas added a fun texture with the cabbage and cucumbers, which were very fresh. We really loved this, and it’s great that you can build your own bowl based on your diet and tastes.
The Walking Taco comes with crunchy Indian puff snacks, spicy pork chili, Indian pico de gallo, tamarind chutney, and cojita cheese for $12.
This was really interesting and essentially an Indian take on a typical walking taco.
Overall, it was definitely spicier than the bowl.
The puff snacks were puffier on the inside with a slight but pleasant chewiness and we could see this dish as an easily shareable item. It was fun and delicious!
Overall, we really enjoyed eet by Maneet Chauhan! The staff was really friendly, the atmosphere was fun, and the food was excellent.
This is a great new quick service option in Disney Springs, and we recommend stopping by to give it a try!
