Breaking: Walt Disney World App Experiencing Technical Difficulties this Morning!
Uh-oh! If you tried to hop on and use your Walt Disney World app this morning you may have noticed a slight problem. It is not working!
The Walt Disney World App is experiencing technical difficulties this morning and frustrating guests across the resort.
Our MickeyBlog team is live in the parks and giving us a first- look at this challenging issue. This definitely is a source of major frustration for guests as so much of your Disney day is reliant on the app.

Pardon the Inconvenience
Guests are able to download the app and login, but that is about it. When trying to utilize any of the features, a pop-up appears stating:
Pardon the inconvenience. At this time, new selections, purchases or modifications to Disney Genie+ service features are temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Guest Relations
What can you do in the meantime? Head over to Guest Relations for any assistance needed. However, that is what the majority of guests are presently doing.
As you can see from the photos, long lines are already forming with frustrated guests at Magic Kingdom.
If you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort today, bring your patience with you this morning. We are sure Disney is working fast to fix the technical issues and the amazing Guest Relations Cast Members will work quickly to assist you.
