The new brew is a rich medium-roasted blend developed by Head Roastmaster Chris De Mezzo in collaboration with Disney Chefs.
The goal was to create a coffee both unique and contemporary that was fitting for guests to experience at the Villas at Disneyland® Hotel.

Joffrey’s describes the new blend:
This is exquisite coffee with beans from some of our favorite coffee-producing regions. While enjoying the resort, guests will be able to savor a delicious cup of coffee reminiscent of the place where it all began, or if enjoying away from the resort, guests can get a memorable experience with each and every sip.
Sip on a delicious drink with beans from Central and South America to create a smooth profile and rich aroma. You will immediately be transported to the Villas at Disneyland® Hotel.
Tips For the Perfect Brew
Joffrey’s recommends the following tips for making your perfect brew at home:
Drip Brew
- Start with filtered water.
- Use 2 tablespoons of our coffee for every 6 ounces of water. Adjust to personal taste preference.
- Drink. Enjoy. Repeat.
French Press
- Start with coffee grounds for French press.
- For a 34-ounce French press, we recommend using 2 ounces (4 tbsp) of coffee
- Prepare 10 ounces of water at 200° and pour 1/3 in a circular motion until coffee creates bloom. Let bloom sit for 15 seconds, stir so grounds are wet, and finish pouring water until reaching bottom of the metal band on the French press.
- Cover the coffee with the plunger and lid assembly and let steep for 4 minutes.
- After steeping for 4 minutes, plunge, pour, and enjoy.
