FIRST LOOK: Medals Revealed for 2024 Disneyland Half Marathon

We’ve got a special treat this Monday morning for all of you runDisney fans! The Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend will be taking place at the Happiest Place on Earth from January 11 – 14, 2024 and Disney is giving us a first look at the medals for the upcoming races and they’re every bit as whimsical and wonderful as we hoped they would be! 

For those unfamiliar, participants in the 2024 Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend will join Mickey Mouse and friends for a memorable race weekend featuring yoga, three different races, one challenge, and courses through Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, and the surrounding Anaheim resort district. 

Now let’s take a look at those medals!

Disneyland 5K

Pluto takes center stage on the Disneyland 5K medal!  Mickey’s canine companion will be joining participants for the first event of race weekend which features a 3.1-mile course that’s perfect for the entire family.  Complete the race and you’ll be treated to this fun Pluto-themed sliding finisher medal. 

Disneyland 10K

Donald Duck and Daisy Duck are here to cheer you on during this 6.2 mile course!  The “quack-tastic” finisher medal features this ducky duo, dressed in their running gear and getting ready to cross the finish line! 

Disneyland Half Marathon

Now for the main event!  The Disneyland Half Marathon medal features Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in celebration of this 13.1-mile adventure through Disneyland Resort and around the neighboring Anaheim resort district.  The finisher medal feature an awesome 3D design of Mickey and Minnie with Sleeping Beauty Castle towering in the background. 

Dumbo Double Dare

Those looking to go the extra mile during Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend can pick up this fabulous Dumbo medal when you finish both the 2024 Disneyland 10K and Disneyland Half Marathon. The Dumbo Double Dare Medal features an adorable image of Dumbo holding a Disneyland flag in his trunk again with a fabulous 3-D element!
