Dazzling Crystal Castle Construction Underway in Magic Kingdom
Get ready to see “shining, shimmering, splendid” like never before, with the most intricate new sculpture on display and dazzling over in the Magic Kingdom. Constructed entirely out of multi-thousand-dollar glass and crystal, this is a statue we could gaze in awe at for hours.

Today, our MickeyBloggers have been over in the Magic Kingdom, paying a visit to the ever-fascinating Crystal Arts store on Main Street, U.S.A.
Home to a wide variety of unique keepsakes and shimmering souvenirs, this store is always worth a visit for treasure hunters. However, today’s in-store find was something we truly weren’t expecting – the most wonderous replica of Sleeping Beauty Castle from Disneyland Paris!
Isn’t it marvellous?
Masterfully created to match the intricacies and fantasy of the iconic European Disney castle, this giant sculpture is sure to take guests’ breath away in the Magic Kingdom.
But, believe it or not, it isn’t even finished yet!
Nope, when our MickeyBlog reporters arrived today, we noticed that the Crystal Arts jewelers were still working hard to recreate the Disneyland Paris castle, with plenty of finishing touches still to be added to this glass statue.

As you can see, the project is coming along beautifully, yet with various building additions still to be placed. Most noticeably, that top turret is missing a spire.
To help us properly picture the finished castle, the yet-to-be-attached crystal elements were also on display for guests to admire.
If the statue is looking this spectacular now, we can’t even begin to imagine how perfect it’ll look once it’s finished!
According to a beautiful plaque placed next to the work, this whole creation was crafted by Miguel Arribas, of Arribas Brothers.
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog for some time, you’ll no doubt know of our admiration for the artists behind Arribas, whose dazzling crystal designs of jewelry and homeware never fail to take our breath away.
We were recently admiring these diamond-studded figurines released by Arribas in honor of Disney100 anniversary celebrations, as well as these most charming holiday ornaments.
Since we’re on the topic of Disneyland Paris, we also can’t forget these adorable jewelry pieces crafted by Arribas France, inspired by the beauty of Ariel and Rapunzel!
For now, though, the piece that has us dazzled and dreaming is this Sleeping Beauty Castle replica in the Magic Kingdom. We absolutely can’t wait to see it finished – but there is a more important question on our minds in the meantime.
How much would it cost to purchase such a breath-taking piece of artistry?
Well, $100,000, apparently!
