Diana and her family were recently recognized as the iconic Grand Marshals leading the Disney “Festival of Fantasy” Parade.
Disney fan and Magic Kingdom guest, Vicki, shared, “When we heard Diana was going to be in the parade today, we just had to see her. It’s cast members like Diana that make a Disney day special.”

Diane smiled, cheered, and waved to the crowd! “Today was a dream come true that I never could have imagined. I was so happy that I couldn’t even cry.”
Making A Dream Come True
Cast members and members of Diana’s family came together earlier this month to surprise Diana live on “Good Morning America.” She learned that she would be recognized as the future Grand Marshal at the park.
The special television segment highlights the main streets of America; Diana was chosen for how she embodies the spirit of Main Street, U.S.A.

“Diana does so much for Magic Kingdom. Nobody deserves this surprise more than her,” shared her husband, Chris. “This entire thing has truly been a wild ride and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
On July 7th, Diana was surprised by the Dapper Dans, “Good Morning America” Anchor Ginger Zee, and a cheering crowd.
Diana was beyond shocked! “I’m simply a cast member who loves what I do. I’ve always known that I’m loved here, but this proves it.”

Fellow cast members and friends describe Diana as having a “ginormous heart,” and being “fantastical.” It is this enthusiasm and charm that Diana exudes. She is a cast member that embodies the magic and warmth of Main Street, U.S.A.
