VIDEO: Electric Mayhem Records Its First Spotify Single
We’re coming to you with more fabulous Muppets news! The Muppets have been the talk of the town recently! Kermit and Miss Piggy will be emceeing a new Christmas show at Hollywood Studios in 2023 and rumors are circulating the park’s beloved Rock ‘n’ Roller Coster will be getting a Muppets re-theme. In addition Disney+ series Muppets Mayhem featuring The Electric Mayhem was a hit with Muppet fans and critics alike! For those hoping for more from The Electric Mayhem, we’ve got some exciting news, a new single from the Muppet-based band is now available on Spotify!

For those unfamiliar, The Electric Mayhem were the stars of Muppets Mayhem, which is currently available to stream on Disney+ The series follows The Electric Mayhem, a band that originally appeared on The Muppet Show and features Dr. Teeth, Animal, Floyd Pepper, and Janice.
In addition to The Muppets mentioned above, Muppets Mayhem also features Lilly Singh, Tahj Mowry, and Saara Chaudrey. Singh plays a music executive and helps The Electrum Mayhem Band navigate the music scene. The series is based on the characters created by Jim Henson and was written and executive produced by Adam F. Goldberg (The Goldbergs), Bill Barretta (The Muppets, Muppets Haunted Mansion), and Jeff Yorkes. Music is by executive music producer and Songwriter Hall of Fame inductee Linda Perry.
Though it may surprise you if you watched the trailer above, The Electric Mayhem did actually manage to record a single while at Spotify HQ! You can check out “Rock On” as well as other songs from Dr. Teeth and Co. below!
