PREVIEW: The Disney Decades 1970s Collection Is Sheer Mayhem
If you’ve been following along with us here at MickeyBlog you’ve no doubt seen the Disney Decades Collection being released each month at shopDisney. The collection was created in celebration of Disney’s 100th Anniversary and each month Disney releases a whole array of merchandise inspired by Disney animation from a given decade. The Disney Decades 1960s collection was just released and features films like 101 Dalmatians, Jungle Book, and more. Today we’ve got a preview of the upcoming 1970s collection releasing next month and it’s Mayhem!
Check out a quick preview of the Loungefly mini backpack that will feature in the 1970s collection which celebrates our beloved Rock ‘n’ Roll Band Electric Mayhem from the Muppets.
The mini backpack is brimming with colorful details. There is a circular exterior zip pouch that features a logo similar to the front of Electric Mayhem’s drum kit!
The front of the mini backpack features a stunning and colorful array of Electric Mayhem member portraits including Dr. Teeth, Animal, Floyd Pepper, Janice, Zoot, and Lips!
The bright colorway continues onto the side and back of the bag with pastel purple, green and pink details. We also love the yellow fringe on the external zip pockets.
We can’t wait to see the other items included in the collection. The Disney100 Decades 70s collection will be released on July 17th at 8am PST.
