It’s Foodie Friday, and today we bring you news from Disney’s Boardwalk. We’re happy to report that new and improved menu items are coming soon to Flying Fish!
Flying Fish
Disney invites you to, “Feast on premium sustainable seafood and oak-grilled steaks at this contemporary American restaurant on Disney’s BoardWalk.” This dining location offers upscale versions of classic seaside favorites!
An open kitchen allows you to see master chefs in action, as they create your dish. Using fresh ingredients, seasonal fare ranges from seared scallops to slow-roasted pork belly!
New and Improved Menu Items
Disney Eats took to Instagram today to highlight the restaurant for Foodie Friday! The post reads, “World-class cuisine in an elegant seaside-inspired setting await you at Flying Fish.”
“Starting June 14, this foodie favorite nestled at Disney’s BoardWalk has three new menu items and some updated signature dishes you and your taste buds will love!” Let’s take a closer look at the offerings, and might we add, they look absolutely delicious!
New
The three new menu items include the:
Spanish Octopus with saffron aïoli, shaved fennel, and crispy garlic…
Hazelnut Dacquoise with praline, milk chocolate whipped cream, candied hazelnuts, and orange sorbet…
and Oak-grilled Romaine with buttermilk-crème fraîche, pecorino romano, marinated vegetables.
Improved
The two updated signature dishes include the:
Plancha-seared Scallops with savory grits, sweet corn, and peppadew emulsion…
and Char-crusted New York Strip with Mille-Feuille potato gratin, seasonal vegetables, and béarnaise sauce. Sample the new and improved menu items coming to Flying Fish starting June 14!
