Spectacular Pride Roulade Dessert Rolls Into Disney Springs
Happy Pride Month, everyone!
We’ve only just arrived in June and already our MickeyBloggers have been spoiled for choice with all the spectacular new treat offerings that have been released at Walt Disney World in celebration of the occasion. From cupcakes to cocktails and everything in between, there sure are a lot of Pride-filled rainbow treats to be found!

Every time there’s a special foodie event at Disney, however, one particular bakehouse is always there to really provide the best of the best. If you’re looking for the most delicate, detailed, and delicious dessert designs, there’s only one place to go.

As ever, Amorette’s is ready to celebrate the month’s main occasion and has released a special treat in honor of the beautiful Pride event.
Our MickeyBlogger Melissa is over at the Town Center to try it out, and we can’t wait to hear all about it!
Pride Roulade
As you can see from the signage outside the bakery, the specialty dessert of the month is this impressive Pride Roulade. It both looks and sounds like the rainbow sweet treat of our dreams, so your best bet we placed an order straight away to try it out!
Now, if you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog this week, you may have noted that we already tried and reviewed another “Pride Roulade” treat just yesterday. That one was this melty concoction from over at Disney’s Pop Century Resort and although the two share a name, we can confirm that they are very different treats to each other.
So, with that said, let’s check out the Amorette’s take on the Pride Roulade!

According to the menu card, this dessert is actually a green apple mousse roulade, decorated with buttercream and finished with a Pride Mickey garnish. It sounds delicious, with unique-sounding flavors we can’t wait to try out!

It has to be said, that this rainbow masterpiece sure photographs beautifully! If it weren’t for the mouth-watering sound of the flavors, we’d almost say it was too good to eat!

But, we were dying to know what this tasted like, and I’m thrilled to say that our lovely reporter Melissa only had praise for this treat.
She told us that the roulade was light, tasty, and refreshing — a perfect treat for a hot day like today.

As expected from a green apple flavor, this cake was serving both sour and sweet sensations, that paired beautifully with the vanilla buttercream on top. The cake managed to be simultaneously moist and fluffy, with every element of this dessert working perfectly to create a treat worth savoring!

You really can’t go wrong with a treat from Amorette’s Patisserie, and we’re so pleased to be able to report that their Pride offering is certainly one we’ll be recommending to our friends this June.
