Star Wars Fans Flock to Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios
Star Wars fans have flocked to Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to celebrate Star Wars Day (May the 4th.) Our MickeyBloggers arrived at Hollywood Studios this morning only to be confronted with some pretty large crowds!
Though May is typically considered off-season at the parks, today’s crowds are reminiscent of those we see during busier holiday periods.
The morning started off with a bit of a hiccup as Rise of the Resistance failed to launch. However, that didn’t dissuade the crowds from indulging in the special eats and treats as well as merchandise unveiled for Star Wars Day!
If you’re lucky enough to be visiting Galaxy’s Edge on this momentous occasion plan on spending a little more time than usual waiting in line!
That being said, you never know what surprises Disney might have in store for this annual celebration so be on the lookout for characters, unique finds, and more!
The wait times for both Millennium Falcon and Rise of the Resistance are lengthy this afternoon!
As it currently stands you’ll want to pack your patience as well as your lightsabers!

We suspect that lines will remain consistently long at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge throughout the day!
