MickeyBlog’s Inaugural Live Stream: May the 4th Be With You
We’re so excited about all things Star Wars around here. So much so, that MickeyBlog’s inaugural Live Stream will celebrate May the 4th Be With You!

MickeyBlog’s resident Star Wars experts, Jared Talbot and Ed Williams, will host and take us all around Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. They’ll show off all that’s happening to celebrate Star Wars Day, aka May the 4th Be With You!

Ed & Jared are lifelong Star Wars fans that know their stuff. One of Ed’s earliest core memories is watching Star Wars with his family. He says
I had no clue what it was but it was amazing.
As young Ed grew up and more movies were released, he became a serious Star Wars memorabilia collector. Boba Fett is his favorite character and he probably owns every piece of merchandise with ole Boba on it! When The Book of Boba Fett was released on Disney+, Ed said
Being able to see Boba Fett in a show was a dream come true.
Now Ed shares his love of Star Wars with his 5 kids. He says a couple of them share his love for a Galaxy Far Far Away and he says that means:
My kids and I share a bond over something that has been a part of my life and theirs growing up, which is fun.

Jared is also an avid movie buff and Star Wars aficionado. He has seen every film on opening night (those that he’s been alive for!), has seen every piece of media the second it comes out, and no movie or franchise means more to him than Star Wars.
Like Ed, some of his first memories involve watching the films with his mom and siblings. In regards to celebrating May the 4th, Jared says,
I grew up a huge fan and now getting to attend the celebration in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is a dream come true.
