My Favorite Disney Attractions to Experience at Night!
Thrill rides, leisure rides, water rides and more! There are plenty of amazing attractions to experience at Walt Disney World.
And there are a few that you have to experience at night!

There is something magical about being in the theme parks at night.
The neon lights glow brighter, the music feels more dramatic, and the experience feels even more immersive.
Happily Ever After
While many guests are staying late to experience the fireworks or night time shows, this is the perfect time to hit up some of those fantastic rides- and without the long wait times.

Astro Orbitor- Magic Kingdom

This classic ride is already pretty amazing and a must-do at night. Hold on tight as you speed through space in a retro 2-passenger spacecraft.
The sights and sounds of Tomorrowland are even brighter when riding at night! There is something magical about soaring higher to the stars and the night sky.
Tomorrowland PeopleMover- Magic Kingdom

I love the PeopleMover, and I love it even more at night. The calm ride is even more tranquil as you gently zoom around Tomorrowland in the evening.

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin and Space Mountain seem to glow even brighter, and Tomorrowland’s neon lights and futuristic soundtrack are even more fun!
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad-Magic Kingdom

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is a thrilling rickety-rickety rollercoaster that takes you out west into an abandoned mine. And riding it at night is so much fun!
There is already a mysterious ambiance as you soar through the attraction, and riding in the dark makes it even eerier!
Kilimanjaro Safaris- Animal Kingdom

So, it is generally recommended to ride the Safari first thing in the morning, or much later in the afternoon, when animals are more active. However, if you want a different experience, try hitting up one of the last safaris of the day.
The sights are totally different as you experience them at dusk, and though you might not see all of your favorite animals – you will see your nocturnal furry friends and the savanna lit up in a whole different light.
Test Track- EPCOT

Test Track takes you on a high-speed ride through a series of automotive tests. Though much of the ride is inside, there is a fun portion that goes outside.
The lights of EPCOT glow brighter as you zoom under the stars and complete your car safety tests. It definitely feels like a futuristic experience.
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror- Hollywood Studios

A spooky elevator ride? A sudden drop? Spooky nostalgia? The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror takes guests through the eery Hollywood Tower Hotel that already seems mysterious.
Riding at night seems even spookier, and that drop is even more dramatic as the elevator doors open and unveil illuminated views of Hollywood Studios!
