You Will Want To Grab Disney’s New ‘DuckTales’ Pins!

As someone who grew up with the original DuckTales, I was skeptical when I heard a new series was being made.

After witnessing the crass animation of the new Mickey Mouse cartoons, the idea of a “modern” DuckTales seemed off-putting to me.

Well, I could not have been more wrong. The show was a delight for fans old and new and was a loving adaptation of Carl Barks’s Duck Family.

By the time Darkwing Duck and Kit Cloudkicker were introduced to the show, I was sold on the whole universe.

While it has now been almost two years since the second DuckTales iteration ended, I am happy to see that the show’s legacy has lived on.

Recently, DuckTales World Showcase Adventure opened at EPCOT, and you can still find Huey, Dewey, and Louie merchandise throughout Walt Disney World.

For example, when visiting Pin Traders-Camera Center at EPCOT today, we came upon two new DuckTales pins! Fans of the show will definitely want to see these.

Donald, Huey, Dewie, and Louie Pin

First up we have a pin featuring Donald with his nephews.

One of the joys of the new DuckTales series was that Donald was incorporated into the show, and the family dynamic was explored.

In classic DuckTales fashion, Donald is happily hugging his nephews, perhaps a little too tight.

Huey, Dewey, and Louie for their part, don’t seem thrilled. Nevertheless, you know that they are just one big happy family.

The second new DuckTales pin features Donald losing his temper.

Just because the duck is a family man now doesn’t mean that he has changed his hot-headed ways.

Here Donald is just blowing off some steam, although it looks like he is about to jump into frenzied action.

Fans of the show will know that if Donald gets mad, he usually has a good reason.
