After going on the hunt for hearts within Disney tales, D23 found 10, in honor of various heroes and villains. Let’s take a look at this awesome list!

1. Queen of Hearts’ Scepter
Adorning the top of the Queen of Hearts’ scepter, from Alice in Wonderland, is a red heart. Her royal minions, the Playing Cards also don the image, in honor of her majesty.

2. Heart of the Ocean
The Heart of the Ocean from Titanic, is the necklace Cal gives to Rose. A 56-carat blue diamond, it dons the shape of a heart.

3. Once Upon a Time Hearts
Regina Mills is notorious for ripping out hearts in Once Upon a Time. In the series, hearts glow for heroic traits and blacken for villainous ones.

4. Heart of Te Fiti
After Maui stole the Heart of Te Fiti, she becomes the villainous Te Ka. Moana eventually returns her heart, giving the islands life.

5. The Evil Queen’s Heart Box
Recently, we shared about Walt Disney World’s poison apple ornament sold in the box the Evil Queen is holding. In the animated film, the container was meant to house Snow White’s heart.

6. Heart of Atlantis
D23 shares that, “In Atlantis: The Lost Empire, the lore of the heart is unearthed as Kida and Milo work to save the fading empire.” When combined with a host, the heart is energized to protect Atlantis.

The heart of Davy Jones is kept in the Dead Man’s Chest in Pirates of the Caribbean 2. The person who possesses the heart can control the Kraken sea monster.

Once upon a time, the Beating Heart Bride resided in Haunted Mansion at Disneyland and Magic Kingdom. A new variation, Constance Hathaway replaced the original.
10. Kingdom Hearts
I love this video game series filled with Disney and Pixar characters! In it, players aim to stop the world’s hearts from being consumed.
