NEW Strawberry S’mores Ooze Ooey-Gooey Goodness!
Our MickeyBlogger is at Disney Springs today, bringing you the latest eats and treats for February. Check out the new Strawberry S’mores from The Ganachery; they’re just oozing with ooey-gooey goodness!
The Ganachery
Disney invites Guests to “mingle with expert chocolatiers as you gaze upon beautifully handcrafted ganache squares that come in 16 exotic flavors.” This cozy little shop features specialty ganache blended with milk and dark chocolate.

It’s a great place to pick up a sweet treat for yourself or as a gift! Other tempting desserts include chocolate lollipops, crispy chocolate pearls, custom-designed chocolate bars, and seasonal offerings like the S’mores we found today!
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and Disney World is celebrating. MickeyBlog has been keeping you updated when it comes to new items that debut this month!

Strawberry S’mores
The Strawberry S’mores are made to order for $8.50.
Hearts on top provide the perfect touch for Valentine’s Day!
As you can see, the Cast Member already has the graham crackers laid out with chocolate on top. A marshmallow pop sits off to the side.
It gets fired up becoming nice and melty, mimicking s’mores you’d eat by a campfire!
After getting it hot, the graham crackers are applied to either side. That’s my kind of sandwich!
Strawberry-flavored dusting is applied to a stencil after it’s placed in a box.
Once removed, it leaves a cluster of perfectly shaped hearts behind.

We love that it’s served fresh, allowing the chocolate to melt nicely.
The graham cracker is soft, rather than crunchy.
The blow torch melts the marshmallow to perfection!
