Sunshine Diner By Chef Art Smith Officially Open at Orlando International Airport (MCO)
We’ve got some exciting news for fans of Chef’s Art Smith’s Homecomin at Disney Springs. A brand new eatery from the celebrity chef has now opened at Orlando International Airport- Sunshine Diner.

As of going to print, the menu for Sunshine Diner has not yet been posted. However, we do know that the eatery is what Chef Art Smith previously called a “modern-day diner” and that it will feature a full bar, fresh fruit, key lime pie. Smith also previously said that though guests might find beloved diner staples like roast beef and mashed potatoes, the Sunshine Diner at Terminal C will also serve healthier options. This includes plant-based menu items.
The Sunshine Diner has a bright Mid-Century Modern look. As you can see, grab and go items are also available in the back of the diner. There’s also bar, table and booth seating.
