Jingle Cruise Returns
One thing that makes a holiday visit to Walt Disney World extra special is the holiday overlays that turn classic attractions into fun holiday-themed adventures. A seasonal favorite is Jingle Cruise. You’ll join the Jungle Cruise skippers who are homesick for the holidays and set out to liven up the beloved Adventureland attraction with their holly, jolly shenanigans!
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
NEW for 2022 – EPCOT’s latest attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT is getting in on the fun with Holiday Remix. Tweens can embark on an extraordinary adventure through space and time set to a soundtrack of rocking holiday tunes!

For animal lovers, Disney’s Animal Kingdom is THE place to be this holiday season. Festive Flotillas take to the waterways throughout the day. If you look closely, you may even catch a glimpse of Santa. Throughout the day, its also a menagerie of fun at Discovery Island as winter-themed animal puppets meander through the crowds sharing their wonderful whimsy!
Water Park Fun at Blizzard Beach
Celebrating the holidays in Florida means fun in the sun and what better place to celebrate than the newly reopened Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park. Tweens can take the perfect Florida holiday selfie with Santa in his tropical attire, enjoy special holiday themed treats and explore some new additions inspired by blockbuster Disney film Frozen.
As an extra special treat, Disney has conjured up an extra bit of magic at Blizzard Beach where it actually snows!
Gigantic Gingerbread Creations at the Grand Floridian
Disney World during the holiday season has some incredible experiences you can only experience at The Most Magical Place on Earth. A great example are the life-size gingerbread creations that adorn the lobbies of many of Disney World’s deluxe resorts. A favorite is the life-size gingerbread house in the lobby of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Also be on the lookout for the pop-up shop brimming with tasty treats including shingles from the gingerbread roof!
Disney Springs – The Ultimate Shopping Destination
We hope you’re tweens have been saving up their allowance because they’ll definitely want to bring it along for a visit to Disney Springs. Not only will you find an incredible array of shops and an eclectic array of eateries but there’s holiday enchantment and dazzling decor around every corner.
Be sure to take time out from shopping to see the 20 themed Christmas Trees scattered throughout Disney World’s downtown district or join the virtual queue to have your picture taken with Santa. At Disney Springs, you can also enjoy an incredible corps of Toy Soldiers Stilt Walkers during a nightly snowfall.

Festival of the Holidays is one of the BEST times of year to visit EPCOT. All around the World Showcase you’ll find outdoor kitchens showcasing holiday dishes from around the globe. This is the perfect time to indulge in some of your favorite seasonal goodies while sample some new ones.
