In celebration of this iconic Star Wars landscape, a brand-new pin trading collection has just been released over at Disney Springs.
Perfect for collectors, cartographers, and pin traders of all kinds, this awesome set it the perfect collection to get your teeth into!
A unique new pin collecting concept, this Tatooine range includes a canvas map of the planet, designed for affixing your pins as you collect the set.
Each pin is designed to resemble an eye-dropper mark on the map, meaning the canvas will eventually grow to resemble a detailed exploration of the planet as your pin collection expands!
Just like the planet is known for, this canvas sports sandy, desert colors, with a postcard-worthy “Welcome to Tatooine” logo emblazoned on the front.
Across the canvas, various points of significance on the planet are marked, ready to place your pins as you gather them!
Areas like the Bantha Plains and Northern Dune Sea are marked on this canvas map, as well as iconic locations such as Mos Eisley and Anchorhead!
Included with the canvas map is a first pin, to start you off on the collecting journey. This one features our favorite Tatooine hero – Luke Skywalker – posing under the suns in the desert.
It’s a great pin to start the set off, but we think the canvas will look much more exciting as your pin collection grows!
So, are you wondering how to go about growing this pin collection?
Well, by buying mystery pin boxes, of course!
Every Disney pin trader loves the excitement of buying a mystery pin pack, which includes a randomly-selected pin among the range of eyedropper designs to add to the map.
An intriguing purchase that is great for trading, these pins are sure to be popular packs among Tatooine explorers!
Our MickeyBloggers found this full collection – including the canvas map and mystery pin boxes – over at the Pin Traders store in Disney Springs. Will you be grabbing a set to complete yourself?
If you’re a fan of the pin map concept, we also recommend checking out the Tiny Kingdom pin series, which can also be found at Walt Disney World! Inspired by the parks themselves, this map collection allows traders to fill their map with iconic attractions, characters, and more. It’s so sweet, and you can check it out here!
