BREAKING NEWS: Monsieur Paul is Reopening at EPCOT on October 18th
Today is providing to be a BIG day for Disney news! We just shared the news that beloved nighttime show Fantasmic! is returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios next month and now we’re excited to share that a beloved EPCOT eatery will also be reopening. Monsieur Paul located in the France Pavilion at EPCOT will once again be dazzling diners with its classic French cuisine!

As you can see from the image above, the restaurant will officially open on October 18, 2022. As of going to print, Disney has yet to release details on making advanced dining reservations. As soon as we know more, we’ll pass on the exciting details to you!
For those unfamiliar, Monsieur Paul is a Fine/Signature Dining Restaurant at EPCOT and is typically open for Dinner. The restaurant is located just upstairs from Les Chefs de France and offers a prix fixe menu with a focus on traditional French cuisine paired with an impressive wine list.
On the menu you’ll find noteworthy dishes including a Saffron Mussels Soup, Seared scallops served with maple pumpkin velouté, Center cut beef tenderloins grilled, porcini fricassee, mashed potatoes mousseline, Bordelaise sauce. You can also indulge in the Assorted French Cheese plate as well as the Chocolate almond cake, chocolate cream, hazelnut biscuit, chocolate ice cream, warm chocolate and Cognac sauce for dessert!
The dining rooms is nothing short of elegant with classic French architecture and a colorful modern design. Window tables also offer a unique view of EPCOT especially in the evenings!
The eatery is affiliated with renowned Chef Paul Bocuse who was named Best French Craftsman in 1961 and Chef of the Century in 2011 by the Culinary Institute of America. His sone Jerome Bocuse owns the company behind Monsieur Paul.
