New Seasonal Treats “Fall” into Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs
Can you smell that delicious scent wafting in the fall breeze? Cinnamon and apples, maple leaves, and all the pumpkin spice one could imagine?
It can only mean one thing. We’re over at Disney Springs, where the sweetest of autumnal treats have just arrived in stores!
We’re less than a week into September, and already a lot of fall treats have been creating a blustery buzz around Disney Springs. We’ve seen the Harvest Festival menu at Salt & Straw, and a whole pumpkin patch of new flavors at Everglazed.
Right now, though, we’re over at Amorette’s Patisserie in the Marketplace neighbourhood of the Springs. A delightful bakery to explore no matter the season, we’re sure to find some delicious goodies in here for fall!
As always, Amorette’s read our minds. Nestled right there among the divine array of petit cakes and eclairs is this fall sensation – the Pumpkin Crème Brulee!
This magical-looking creation consists of a pumpkin custard, with that classic bruleed sugar forming a crisp shell on top. A French sable cookie is on top, as well as a drizzling of the most delicious-sounding cranberry-honey compote.
This dessert costs $7.
The second dessert we spotted behind the counter looks even more majestic!
This is the Pumpkin-Apple Tart, which sounds as full of autumnal magic as a pumpkin patch in the middle of an auburn woodland!
Of course, our MickeyBlogger had to buy it, to get a closer look at that gorgeous, mirror-glazed magnificence.
What we have here is a pumpkin-spiced mousse, sat atop a hazelnut crunch. There’s port-poached apple in there too for a boozy taste of fall, and the whole dessert looks good enough to frame.
The mousse costs $8, and will also be available this fall season at Amorette’s Patisserie.
There’s always so many fantastic treats to try across Disney Springs, and the start of a new season is always an exciting time to pay a visit. My personal favorite spot to try is Gideon’s Bakehouse, whose menu for the month sure does sound delectable! Where will you be heading first at Disney Springs this fall?
