First Look at Antagonist of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind Ride
We’ve got some exciting news to share with you regarding the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Marvel revealed details about who the antagonist of the attraction would be and we thought you’d want to know who’s evil plans you’ll be thwarting come May 27, 2022.
According to Marvel, guests will come face-to-face with Eson.
According to Marvel, Eson is a Celestial that has been watching Earth for a VERY long time and makes a rather startling appearance during Cosmic Rewind. The Celestial is looking to right a mighty wrong and its up to Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket and Groot to step in to save the day. That’s where you come in. They need your help to stop him from completing his grand plan.
For those wondering where Eson fits into the world of Guardians of the Galaxy we can confirm that the Guardians haven’t run into Eson before. However, he was once in possession of the Power Stone (which is one of the six Infinity Stones) and now has set his sights on Earth!
Those looking for further details will simply need to wait until you experience the ride in person at EPCOT starting on May 27th.
