Three Adorable New Easter Treats “Hop” into Gasparilla Island Grill
Good morning from Disney’s Grand Floridian!
Spring is in the air and Easter has officially “hopped” into this resort, with a spectacular gallery of decorated eggs on display, and a fun pop-up shop adding a lively feel to the lobby. Of course, we’re all about the treats here at MickeyBlog, so let’s “spring” on over to Gasparilla Island Grill to see what new sweets are in store!
Gasparilla Island Grill is one of my personal favorite Quick Service restaurants on Walt Disney World property, so I for one am always excited to check out the menu over there!
We were in luck today, as there was not one, but three new limited-time treats available for the Easter season. Here is a photo of our plate of springtime sweetness – doesn’t everything look adorable?
The first treat we have to show you is this cute little cake pop. Aptly named the “Bunny Blondie Pop,” this rabbit-shaped dessert gives off the sweetest of Easter vibes!
Packaged in cellophane with a pretty purple ribbon, this treat would make a really cute gift for Easter – if you can refrain from eating it for long enough to give it away!
This particular dessert is a brown butter blondie, packed with mini chocolate chips and sweet dried cherries. The cake is covered with white chocolate, and decorated with eyes, a nose, whiskers, and big ears, all to look like a bunny!
This Bunny Blondie Pop costs $6.29.
What’s next on the menu?
Next up is this awesome and colorful concoction, called the “Spring Bird’s Nest Doughnut!”
Here we have a chocolate sponge cake doughnut, glazed with white icing and topped with an adorable nest of crunchy chocolate pieces and colorful sprinkles. There’s even a few sugared eggs perched on there, too!
This donut costs $5.79.
Last up in this triad of treats is this Peanut Butter Bunny Cookie.
Everyone loves a good peanut butter cookie, right? Well, this one sure is a cute contender!
This classic peanut butter cookie cup is topped with a squeeze of buttercream, and has the cutest little sugar bunny figure on top. Finished with a sprinkling of springtime sprinkles, this Easter treat is bright and adorable indeed!
The cookie costs $4.99.
All three of these items are new on the menu at Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, and are definitely worth a quick stop-over the next time you’re in the Magic Kingdom resort area.
It is Easter after all – treat yourself!
