4 Must-Dos Immediately After Booking Your Disney World Vacation
Your magical Walt Disney World vacation is now booked, what do you do next? Here is a short guide to get you going on the right path. And as always, please reach out to your MickeyTravels agents for all the tips, tricks, planning advice, and Next Steps you need.
Set up a My Disney Experience
Set up your account by visiting My Disney Experience. You will also want to download the My Disney Experience app to your Smartphone for use in the parks. It will be your digital itinerary, mobile ordering device, and guide to park maps and wait times.
Link Your Resort Reservation
Log in to your My Disney Experience account and link your resort reservation. You will need to enter your confirmation number and confirm all travelers. Pro Tip: This is easier to navigate on a computer than on a phone.
Make Park Pass Reservations
These reservations can be made in your My Disney Experience accounts. Please know, Disney is requiring that guests make their own reservations. Find the Park Reservations icon and follow the steps to choose which day you will visit each park. If you are Park Hopping, you only need to make a reservation for the first park you plan to enter that day. You can then hop to any of the other parks after 2 pm (pending capacity). Pro Tip: This is easier to navigate on a computer than on a phone.
Choose or Decline MagicBands
This can be done in your My Disney Experience account. MagicBands are no longer required but can be purchased at a discounted rate through your account.
