Spot-On Performance
Many instantly applauded Jamie Costa’s performance, saying that he is a spot-on Robin Williams. Specifically, the clip features Costa as Williams on Mork and Mindy in 1982.

In the video, Pam Dawber (played by Sarah Murphee in the clip) tells Williams about the news of John Belushi’s death. John Belushi died at 33 years old of a drug overdose at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, California, and Robin Williams was with Belushi just hours before his death.

A Life Lost Too Soon
Robin Williams also starred in several Disney films, including Flubber and Back to Neverland. However, his most recognizable Disney role is as Genie in Disney’s animated classic Aladdin.
Sadly, individuals found Williams unconscious in his home outside of Paradise Cay, California on August 11, 2014, and the coroner pronounced him dead shortly after. According to the Coroner Division of Marin County, Robin Williams died from suicide; however, no suicide note was found.
