Huet’s Superhero Legacy
Colleagues took to social media last week to share their memories and remorse. At the time and throughout Huet’s fight, many also led fundraisers for his family to help support Huet’s treatment for the virus as he received care in his native Philippines. Currently, the family has asked for all donations to pause to give Huet’s family time to process the tragic event, according to friend and DC Comic artist Carlo Pagulayan on Facebook.
Hundreds of fans also retweeted the Marvel post today expressing their sympathies to Huet’s family as well as their dismay at the loss of an incredible artist.
