Leaders in Orange County are looking for ways to make sure that Orlando businesses are following the correct COVID-19 safety protocols. According to a recent report on Fox35, one of the focal points of these new measures is the theme parks.

Mayor Jerry Demings spoke on the new measures saying that so far over 3,600 businesses in the county have been visited. He said that the teams are working to ensure that local businesses are being compliant with the guidelines put forth by the CDC.
Though small businesses have been the primary focus Demings added, “In addition to smaller businesses, the strike teams will be once again visiting major theme parks unannounced very soon.”
Demings announced that the teams have been inspecting Orange County businesses over the course of the past two months with 450 follow-up inspections also being conducted.
