Three More Disney Springs Restaurants Set to Reopen This Week
Great news Disney Foodies! Three more Disney Springs Restaurants are set to reopen this week! Per the Walt Disney World website, Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar, Maria & Enzo’s, and The Edison will be welcoming Guests once again as of 5 pm on Thursday, August 13.
All Disney Springs restaurants closed back in March due to the threat of COVID-19. The majority of the restaurants have already reopened with the exception of these three. All three of these restaurants are owned by the Patina Group.
Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar

Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar is located in a run runner tunnel under Maria & Enzo’s. It is a speakeasy that pours Prohibition-era cocktails and serves Roman-style dishes. Popular entree choices include handmade pasta, fresh fish, chicken, and steak. Their signature Salumi e Formaggi Platter is made to order and offers a selection of imported cured meats and aged cheeses.

Maria & Enzo’s at Disney Springs is an elegant Italian trattoria set in a stylish airline terminal built in the 1930s. It features a stunning dining room with 50-foor ceilings and views of Lake Buena Vista. In addition, adults looking for a serene, adults-only experience are invited to check out the First Class Lounge.
Maria & Enzo’s specialty is Sicilian cuisine including handmade pastas, fresh fish, steaks, desserts, and coffee. A full bar offers hand crafted cocktails and a unique selection of popular and rare Italian wines.
The Edison

The Edison at Disney Springs is a lavish “Industrial Gothic” themed restaurant and entertainment venue. It is set in an abandoned power plant with patios facing Lake Buena Vista.
On the menu at The Edison is classic American options including Prime Rib, steaks, and the mouth watering Edison Burger. Guests can sip on signature hand crafted cocktails that are served at three bars throughout the multi-level space. Family-friendly dining and entertainment including stilt walkers and DJs. is offered every day during lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy live music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
