Love Epcot’s Avocado Margaritas? We’ve Got the Recipe!
If you’ve ever stopped by La Cava del Tequila at the Mexican Pavilion then you know that no visit would be complete without trying their famous Avocado Margarita. This delectable Disney drink has been wowing guests for ages and know is your chance to re-create a bit of that magic at home!
Thanks to the culinary wizzes at PopSugar, you can dust off that patio furniture, get out your blenders, close your eyes and imagine that you are hanging out at Walt Disney World.
Let’s take a look at the recipe here:
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 oz. white (or silver) 100% agave tequila
- 1 oz. Midori melon liquor
- 1 oz. agave syrup
- The juice from one lime
- Ice
DIRECTIONS
- Wet rim of glass and line with salt.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth and creamy (a few minutes).
- Serve in the salt-rimmed glass and enjoy!
It’s almost too simple! The recipe above makes 1 margarita!
