Pro-Trump Supporters With MAGA Mickey Sign Forced To Relocate Off Disney World Property
Earlier this week, we shared the news that a group of Pro-Trump supporters had set up outside the entrances of Walt Disney World covering up current Disney signage with 2020 Trump re-election signage.
In a new report out by WESH, the group was asked by law enforcement to relocate away from Walt Disney World property. The report adds that the group are now seeking the advice of an attorney to investigate their rights.

As we reported earlier in the week, the display included a giant Mickey Mouse wearing a Make America Great Again hat. The signage was reported by Disney’s Reedy Creek Improvement District at which point the Orange County Sheriff’s Department was called in to help. According to the report on WESH, a deputy went to the scene where he advised the group to move to the other side of County Road 535.
Jeff Sonksen, one of the group members with the signs told WESH, “He (the deputy) said his boss told him we had to go, apparently. He was telling me Disney owned that side. All of it. It doesn’t make sense.” Sonksen then added that though they peacefully moved to the other side of the street at the time, they have contacted an attorney to find out if they have the right to continue to display their signs on Disney property near the sign.
An attorney that WESH spoke two (separate from those being contacted by the Pro-Trump supporters above) advised that though a public sidewalk is considered right of way it is when guests spill onto private property that it becomes an issue.
We suspect we’ve not heard the last of this story so keep following along with MickeyBlog and we promise to keep you posted!
