New Orleans-Style Cooking Demo Coming to Paddlefish on February 8th
“Laissez les bon temps rouler!” as they say in New Orleans! Paddlefish is giving visitors to Disney Springs the opportunity to brush up on your Cajun and Creole cooking skills in the lead-in to Mardi Gras with a Cooking Demo!
The event will take place at Paddlefish on Saturday, February 8th from 12 – 2 pm. The cost to attend is $75.00 for general bookings and $50 per person for Levy Preferred Members. During this two-hour culinary demonstration you’ll also get to dine on some classic New Orleans-inspired dishes.

Stuffed Mirliton – Shrimp, Chourico, Creole mustard sauce
Classic Bananas Foster
In addition to the awesome eats above, non-alcoholic beverages and 1 after-dinner drink (per person) are included in the cost. Other cocktails and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
