Two Popular Events Confirmed to Return to the Disneyland Resort in 2020
If you were looking for a reason to visit the Disneyland Resort in 2020, I have two of them for you! Disneyland has confirmed that both the Lunar New Year event and Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival will be back in the new year.
Lunar New Year at the Disneyland Resort in 2020
Guests are invited to visit the Disneyland Resort in 2020 from January 17 to February 9 to celebrate the Lunar New Year. 2020 marks the year of the mouse and Disneyland will be celebrating with multicultural performances, fun-filled activities, beautiful décor, delicious cuisine and specialty merchandise.
The Lunar New Year is a joyous celebration held to celebrate the traditions of Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese cultures. Your favorite Disney characters are also on hand for the celebration.
Not to be missed during the Lunar New Year at the Disneyland Resort in 2020 is “Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession.” The procession features a bright and bold performance hosted by Mulan and Mushu.
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival
If you are looking to taste some of the best food California has to offer, then make sure to make your calendar for the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival which will be held from February 28 to April 21, 2020. This event at the Disneyland Resort in 2020 offers more than a dozen mouthwatering Festival Marketplaces featuring small plates, specialty wines and craft beers. There’s also the Sip and Savor Pass for those looking to sample a variety of the food and drink options available.
New for 2020 is a line of merchandise! The California Adventure Food & Wine Festival merchandise collection will offer everything from festival-themed headwear and apparel, to kitchen gadgets and decor.
For the kids, there will also be hands-on “cooking” experiences with Chef Goofy!
