Voice Cast Announced for “The Owl House” As Well as Comic-Con Presence

If like us, you’re looking forward to the upcoming series “The Owl House” which is slated to debut on the Disney Channel in 2020 then we’ve got some exciting news for you! Disney just announced the voice cast as well as the fact that the series will be having a presence at this year’s Comic-Con!

Wendie Malick, Alex Hirsch (Gravity Falls) and Sarah-Nicole Robles (Boss Baby) have been set to lead the voice cast. They will also be joined for the first season by guests including Matthew Rhys, Isabella Rossellini and Mae Whitman. Tati Gabrielle (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Bumper Robinson (The Game), Issac Ryan Brown (Raven’s Home), Parvesh Cheena (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend) and Eden Riegel (All My Children) will also voice guest roles for Season 1.

This exciting cast news comes in tandem with the announcement that the series has secured a berth at next month’s New York Comic Con. During the event, both Mirsch and Robles will be joining the creature and executive producer Dana Terrace (DuckTales) as well as director Ricky Cometa (Steven Universe) for a panel discussion slated for October 4th.

For those unfamiliar with The Owl House it follows Luz (voiced by Robles) as a girl who discovers a portal to a magical realm. There she becomes friends with a witch named Eda (voiced by Malick) and a miniature warrior King (voiced by Hirsch). Though not possessing any magical abilities, Luz still has a dream of being a witch and serves as Eda’s apprentice at Owl House.
