Chris Pratt Confirms James Gunn’s Script Will Be Used For Guardians 3
By now we all know that James Gunn has been fired as the director of “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” in result of tweets he made back in 2008 and 2009. Gunn was working on the script for “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3”, and the movie was expected to begin shooting in Atlanta in the fall for an expected 2020 release date, though Marvel Studios had never officially announced the date.
Chris Pratt has confirmed that James Gunn’s original script will be used for Guardians 3. See below.

Chris Pratt reassured Marvel fans that the script will be used and is “off the chain”. “Yeah I have. It’s off the chain. It’s so good. It’s SO good.” As you can see, Pratt is very loyal and has much respect for Gunn. The cast is going to make sure they deliver for Guardians 3. And I can’t wait to see it!
As for who will direct the movie, we haven’t heard just yet. We will update as soon as we know!
