This season, visitors to Hong Kong Disneyland can get into the spirit of the holidays with a wintertime party featuring many of your favorite Disney friends. During the ball, you’ll find Minnie, Duffy, ShellieMay, Cookie and more dressed in their holiday finery and gathered together in front of the park’s beautiful tree. This 20-minute musical extravaganza is simply not-to-be-missed.
2. Snow-Capped Castles- Around the World
Nothing takes your breath away quite like seeing Disney’s iconic castles lit up for the first time. During Christmas, visitors are in for a real treat with their special holiday makeovers. Pictured above is Disneyland’s icicle-clad Sleeping Beauty Castle which puts fans in the holiday mood with its glistening yuletide decorations. Other highlights include Shanghai Disney Resort’s Enchanted Storybook Castle which serves as the focus of the parks gorgeous tree lighting ceremony.
3. Tokyo Disneyland’s 35th Anniversary Christmas Tree
Visitors to Tokyo Disneyland will want to be on the lookout for the towering tree next to Cinderella Castle. This year the tree was emblazoned with Tokyo Disneyland’s 35th Anniversary logo in honor of this magical milestone.
4. Season’s Speedings from Cars Land – Disney California Adventure
Here at MickeyBlog one of our favorite places to be each Christmas Season has to be Cars Land at Disneyland Resort. The residents of Radiator Springs love sprucing up the town with many decorations sporting automotive themes. From a towering Christmas tree made out of tires to snowflakes fashioned out of wrenches, this holiday decor is sure to put a smile on your face!
5. Biggest Little Celebration – Disney’s Hollywood Studios
This year marks the first Christmas for Toy Story Land so you can bet that Woody, Jessie and Buzz have pulled out all the stops. The Toy Story crew has filled up this new area of the theme park with special decorations including a giant cranberry-and-popcorn garland, a 10-foot-tall sugar cookie tree in the shape of Hamm and green alien ornaments. If you’re lucky enough to be at Hollywood Studios this holiday season you’ll also see this much-loved trio dressed up in their Christmas best.
6. it’s a small world Holiday– Disneyland
When you think about Christmas at Disneyland, we bet one of the first things to come to mind is the Christmas overlay Disney gives each year to the iconic it’s a small world attraction. Each year lots of wonderful seasonal elements are added to this much-loved attraction making it a must-do for holiday visitors.
7. Goofy Tower of Terror- Walt Disney Studios Park- Disneyland Paris
We round out our list of holiday touches with Goofy’s Incredible Christmas. This seasonal nighttime spectacular turns the Tower of Terror into a backdrop for an incredible show featuring special effects and map projection technology. You’ll love this seasonal surprise.
