New Guest Experience Team Trial at Magic Kingdom Park
In an effort to continually improve the guest experience, Disney will be running a new Guest Experience Team trial. From December 16 through mid-January, the Guest Experience Team will aid guests throughout Magic Kingdom Park at the Walt Disney World Resort.
According to Orlando Theme Park News, the team will be able to assist with:
- Navigating the My Disney Experience App
- FastPass+ booking, modification and recovery
- Deactivating and reactivating MagicBands
- Provide recommendations
- Help view attraction wait times
- Provide tips on how to best navigate the park
The Guest Experience Team will be easy to recognize in their blue shirts emblazoned with the Guest Experience Team logo. These team members will be found roaming throughout the parks, but also stationed at the following locations:
- Main Street, U.S.A. – Castle Hub
- Frontierland – Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café porch
- Fantasyland – Along castle wall near Enchanted Tales with Belle
- Tomorrowland – Near Stich’s Great Escape
The Guest Experience Team will be available daily until 11 PM.
