Barbra Streisand Buys George Floyd’s Child Disney Stock
We’ve got a touching bit of news for your Monday afternoon. According to a recent Instagram post by Gianna Floyd, the 6-year old daughter of the late George Floyd, Barbra Streisand has just sent her an incredible give – Disney stock!
As you can see from the post below, Gianna took to social media posing with her stock certificate along with a message that says, “Thank You @barbrastreisand for my package, I am now a Disney Stockholder thanks to you 🥰🥰🥰.”

It isn’t quite clear how many stocks Gianna received from Streisand but regardless its a wonderful and touching way to prepare Gianna’s future.
As we’ve previously reported here at MickeyBlog, Disney shares go for about $115 a share just now. In terms of investment, as TMZ mentioned in their recent piece it is a fairly safe option as people usually make their money back with Disney.
This is just another example in a long list of kindnesses that have been extended to George Floyd’s family following his death on Memorial Day. Gianna has already been offered a full scholarship to Texas Southern University in Houston and Kanye West has said that he’s also set up a college fund for her.
As of going to print there is also a Go FundMe page that has been set up on behalf of Gianna and it has already raised $2 million.
