New Winemaker Dinner Series Coming to Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel
An amazing culinary adventure is heading to Steakhouse 55 at Disneyland Resort in 2020! This signature fine-dining restaurant at the Disneyland Hotel will start offering a one-of-a-kind multi-course Winemaker Dinner Series in the new year. Each of the courses will be paired with selections from renowned wineries on select dates throughout the year!
The series will kick off on January 15, 2020 and will feature Wente Vineyards (the country’s longest, continuously operated, family-owned winery- founded in 1883.) The Wente family are known for blending traditional and innovative winemaking practices on their California vineyards. During this special tasting event, Aly Wente, senior brand manager and 5th generation winegrower will share her family’s passion for wine.
To celebrate the occasion, Chef de Cuisine Marcel St. Pierre has created a menu designed to complement the Wente Vineyards selections.
