Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion is Closing for Refurbishment This January
Guests and Disney fans can experience the Haunted Mansion Holiday overlay throughout the holiday season and into January 2024.
Just announced today! The final day to experience this fan-favorite attraction is January 21st.
The Haunted Mansion attraction will then be closed for a lengthy refurbishment as it’s returned to its original form.
Haunted Mansion Update
The last day to ride the Haunted Mansion Holiday at Disneyland will be January 21st. Beginning January 22nd, the attraction will close down for refurbishment.
Construction begins on the updated and reimagined attraction though no info as to how long.
Imagineers are re-imagining and refreshing the “haunted” grounds and creating an expanded outdoor queue.
No reopening date has been announced at this time, but readers are encouraged to stay tuned to MickeyBlog for updates.

A few other attractions are also closed for refurbishment this December in Disneyland.
Astro Orbitor- this classic ride will be closing for refurbishment 11.27th and no info yet on when it will be back up.
Mark Twain Riverboat- MickeyBlog shared this info earlier in October! The classic fan-fave ride is overdue for a refresh and finally getting some updates.
We are not sure how long the refurbishment will last, but it is closed through December.
