“Magic Happens” Parade Missing Showtimes Starting on Disney’s 100th Anniversary
Disney is currently celebrating its big 100th Anniversary! There are all kinds of festivities in the theme parks, as well as outside of them.
Disneyland in particular has seen a lot of fanfare, like special decorations, souvenirs, and even a parade. However, we recently saw that something strange is happening with the parade.
“Magic Happens” Parade
Disneyland’s “Magic Happens” Parade is no longer listed as having any showtimes starting October 16th. This is odd because the parade is celebrating Disney’s 100th Anniversary, which officially takes place on the same date.
So why is this happening? Well it could possibly mean that the parade will be stopping performances temporarily or even permanently.
Another explanation is that Disney is planning a special parade for the 100th Anniversary that will begin on October 16th, the actual day that marks 100 years since The Walt Disney Company began. It does seem a little odd that the parade that returned in honor of the 100th Anniversary isn’t running on the 100th Anniversary, though.
There is nothing on Disneyland’s calendar as of right now, but we’ll keep an eye out!
“Magic Happens” only returned in late February of this year for The Walt Disney Company’s 100th Anniversary celebration. It focuses on the animated stories you know and love from both Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios.
There are over two dozen Disney and Pixar characters in the parade, which lasts around 20 minutes traveling down Main Street, U.S.A.
If you want to make sure you catch the parade soon, it runs at 6:30PM from now through this Thursday, and at 3:30PM and 6:30PM this Friday through Sunday.
