New Easter Basket Nachos Bring Sweetness & Swirls to Disney Springs
When you think of Easter, what sweet treats come to mind first? Perhaps it’s chocolate, with all those delicious eggs to hunt. Or maybe it’s marshmallows, nestled in a basket among other colorful candies.
However, has the thought of a beautiful Easter Dole Whip ever crossed your mind? How about a Dole Whip dessert piled high with extra toppings, served waterside at Disney Springs?
Sound good? Well, you’re in the right place, my friends, as our MickeyBloggers have just ordered a fantastically sweet Easter dessert concoction that you simply have to hear about!
For today’s dessert tour, our MickeyBloggers are over in the Marketplace neighborhood, enjoying everything a springtime at the Springs has to offer. Our next stop is Swirls on the Water, the adorable kiosk booth that’s always a great place to go for Dole Whip treats.
I hope you’re feeling fun today, as the new dessert available on the menu here is bound to make you smile!
Back in January, our MickeyBloggers reported on the debut of the incredible Dole Whip Nachos at this dining location. Now, this awesome treat has received a seasonal upgrade and, we’re delighted to present to you, the Easter Basket Nachos!
Wow, doesn’t it look delectable? It’s so colorful and fun, like the springtime sundae of our Disney dreams!
What we have here is a bowl of waffle chip “nachos”, settled beneath a pile of what can only be described as pure, frozen, deliciousness.
Swirls promised us Dole Whip, so we have that in a beautiful raspberry flavor, alongside equal parts of cotton candy soft serve ice-cream.
Then, we’ve got whipped cream, and lashings of raspberry sauce for delicious spring/summer flavor. The colors you see in the photos come from cute jelly bean candies, as well as fun strawberry boba pearls.
Wow, we don’t know where to begin dissecting this treat!
It was our lovely MickeyBlogger Jessie who sampled this treat for us today, and she gave us some really interesting and insightful tasting notes to share with you all.
One of her first thoughts was a notion shared by the rest of us – that there sure were a lot of toppings going on in this ice-cream nacho sundae! Not a bad bang for your buck at the $8.99 this dessert costs!
When it comes to the frozen elements of this treat, Jessie said that while the cotton candy ice-cream was delicious, it was very sweet. So, the sharp tang of the raspberry Dole Whip blended with the taste well, alleviating the sweetness enough to enjoy.

Then, Jessie confirmed that the boba pearls were delicious and flavorsome, adding a fun texture dynamic to the dessert which we all adore.
However, what wasn’t too great were those jelly beans – those had gotten so hard, that we must warn any fellow diners to be cautious not to break a tooth!
Overall, this dessert was extravagant and sweet, but we love it all the same. Especially if you’re looking for a fun break from the Easter classic desserts you’ve been enjoying year-after-year, this cool, nacho-inspired option provides a fresh alternative you’ll adore.
Why not give it a go? It’s available on the menu at Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs for the Easter period. Grab some napkins and a couple of spoons, and enjoy!
